The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and dependable office assistant to join our busy, hands-on Production team. This is a varied role supporting our customers, production team and wider business. The ideal candidate will be a confident people person and all-round team player, with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer communication via email and telephone, including orders, records, appointments and diary management.
- Support the workshop and production team with day-to-day administration and work-in-progress tracking.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, including diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and components.
- Carefully document, weigh and check high-value jewellery and components throughout the production process.
- Assist with purchasing, supplier orders, stock replenishment and product costings.
- Cross-reference invoices and maintain accurate financial and production records.
- Liaise with suppliers, trade partners, the Assay Office and other external stakeholders.
- Support website administration, product listings, pricing and online content.
- Handle confidential information professionally and maintain high standards of security.
- Organise office supplies, paperwork, diaries, meetings and general administration.
- Follow company health & safety and security procedures.
- Provide flexible, hands-on support across the business wherever required.
- Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
- A confident and friendly communicator.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, systems and detailed records.
- Trustworthy and confident handling confidential information and high-value goods.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

SalarySalary negotiable depending on experience.
