This busy and varied role provides essential support to the Sales Manager and Account Managers, encompassing a wide range of sales, administrative and customer-focused responsibilities. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key responsibilities include supporting the sales team, processing and managing orders, maintaining accurate administration and documentation, preparing customer quotations, liaising with customers, monitoring product availability, ensuring pricing and stock information is updated, following up on quotes and orders and assisting with day-to-day administrative support and account management.
Skills and Experience- Previous sales administration, sales support, customer service or administration experience essential
- A proactive and organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A team player with strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Microsoft Office, particularly excel and power point
- Canva - desirable
