You'll be his eyes and ears when he's out of the office, so a close, trusted working relationship is essential. What you'll be doing Providing EA support to the Founder & CEO, including diary, travel, correspondence and prioritisation Owning board support end to end, from preparation and papers to minutes and follow-through Providing operational support across the business, keeping the team on track and actions delivered on time Acting as the CEO's point of contact with the team, the board and external stakeholders What you'll bring Proven experience as an EA or senior PA, ideally supporting a CEO, founder or board The confidence to chase actions and hold people to account Discretion, good judgement and the ability to build trust quickly with someone who works remotely A proactive, organised approach, and comfort in a fast-paced tech environment Where it can lead This is a great move for an EA who wants to progress into a Business Assistant, Chief of Staff or COO role.
