Administrator to join our busy South Birmingham Service

play an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, providing administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services, and ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals.
Where: South Birmingham, Bournville/Selly Oak (This role may require travel across Birmingham to provide reception and administrative support across multiple Change Grow Live locations as required by service need)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week
Please note:
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
About the Role:
- As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and Change Grow Live Staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Generating Prescriptions
- Booking appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting clinicians and service staff with administrative tasks
- Handling confidential information sensitively and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service to service users and partner agencies
- Ensuring effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.
- Collating, monitoring and reporting data/information & statistics as required.
- Ensuring that admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained.
- Working flexibly across operational sites as required.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entry.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
- The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
- Solid numeric skills.
- Good organisational skills
