Teacher Active is proud to be working with a large primary school based in Stechford, Birmingham, who are looking to appoint a dedicated School Administrator. This is a busy school environment where excellent communication, organisation and a welcoming approach are essential to supporting pupils, parents and staff.

The school is looking to take on an experienced School Administrator on a full-time, temporary to permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 8am until 4pm. The successful School Administrator will be responsible for managing reception duties, monitoring pupil attendance, maintaining school records using SIMS or Arbor, handling enquiries and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school office.

• Previous experience working in a school office or administrative environment

• Experience using school management systems such as SIMS or Arbor

• Experience managing pupil attendance, reception duties and general school administration

• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A professional, friendly and adaptable approach with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment
