Position: IP Records Coordinator &ndash Hybrid
An established IP firm is looking to welcome an experienced IP Records Coordinator into their Birmingham team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and excellent prospects for professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patent records.

* Monitoring deadlines and ensuring key dates are recorded correctly.

* Updating internal records and case management information.

* Providing administrative support to the wider patents team.

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in patent and/or trade mark records.

* A background within a professional services firm.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively as part of a team.
