12.71 per hour (higher salary avaliable depending on experiance)

Our client is looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join their team in Wolverhampton.

The role will begin on a temporary basis for three months, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

You'll support the day-to-day running of the office while gaining valuable administrative experience and developing your skills.

• Maintaining organised digital and paper filing systems.
• Scanning, naming and filing documents accurately.
• Using Microsoft Outlook to manage emails and calendars.
• Entering information into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
• Greeting visitors and providing general office support.
• Assisting colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks.

• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Confident using a computer and willing to learn Microsoft Office.
• Friendly with good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
