Basic Salary of £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience with realistic OTE of up to £50,000.

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types to the highest standard to meet company and franchise requirements
• Measure, test and diagnose vehicle faults
• Repair diagnosed vehicles, replace parts, lubricants and consumables
• Record all service and repair operations as required by the company and manufacturer
• Work safely and professionally, operating to health and safety standards
• Identify additional work and maintenance requirements on vehicles using an established EVHC process

• Be qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
• Have previous experience working in a Technician or mechanic role
• Take responsibility for the safety, standard and quantity of their work
• Hold a full UK driving licence

• A market‑leading bonus plan and good basic salary, plus paid overtime for rota Saturday morning giving you a realistic OTE of £45,000 – £50,000
