THE ROLE
As an Automotive MET Technician, you will play a key role in the vehicle repair process, ensuring vehicles are stripped, repaired, and reassembled to the highest standards while supporting the wider bodyshop team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on a range of vehicles

· Remove and refit vehicle components in line with manufacturer specifications

· Diagnose faults and identify repair requirements

· Work closely with Bodyshop Technicians, Paint Technicians, and Workshop Controllers

· Ensure all repairs are completed safely and efficiently

· Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

· Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

· Complete all relevant job documentation accurately

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive MET Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and excellent workmanship.

· Previous experience as an MET Technician within a bodyshop environment

· Strong mechanical, electrical, and trim repair skills

· Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

· Knowledge of modern vehicle systems and repair techniques

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong team-working and communication skills

· Full UK Driving Licence

· ATA Accreditation beneficial but not essential
