We are currently seeking a qualified MOT Tester for a reputable automotive service centre located in Rushden, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join a well-established team that values quality work and excellent customer service.

Our client offers a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, with bonus opportunities bringing the OTE to approximately £40,000. The position operates from Monday to Friday, with an expectation of working 1 in 2 Saturdays, compensated with a weekday off. • Conduct MOT tests in compliance with DVSA standards, ensuring vehicle safety and accuracy
• Clearly explain test results and recommend repairs or remedial work where necessary
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the testing process
• Support the workshop team with general duties when required
• Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient working environment

• Valid MOT Tester Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on vehicle safety
