We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Birmingham. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous main dealership or independent garage experience is required.

Salary:
Up to £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus
OTE: £45,000+
Hours:
Full Time + Paid Overtime
- £45,000+ realistic OTE with uncapped bonus
- Paid overtime, including Saturdays
- Additional £125 per month for MOT qualified Technicians
- 31 days holiday, increasing to 33 days with service

- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to required standards
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle faults
- Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify issues
- Complete electronic vehicle health checks and identify additional work
- Record completed work accurately using workshop systems
- Work efficiently to achieve productivity and quality targets
- Maintain high workshop and Health & Safety standards
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic
- Previous main dealership or independent garage experience
- Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- MOT Tester Licence is desirable but not essential
