Senior Procurement Consultant – Renewable Energy Capital Programmes & Projects

As a Senior Procurement Consultant you will lead or support procurement engagements across programmes and projects, driving green and sustainable outcomes while advancing your procurement and consultancy experience.

• Lead or support procurement engagements across multiple programmes, projects and commissions.
• Deliver and continually improve clients’ performance across key capital procurement themes.
• Support development of T&T’s renewable energy procurement services.
• Lead or support business development for renewable energy procurement and marketing of Contract Services capability.
• Provide hands‑on support the delivery of both team and wider business targets in T&T.

• Degree related to Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business Management or similar.
• Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply (working towards or achieved).
• Security Clearance (SC) – currently valid or could be reinstated (not essential).
• MCIPS status encouraged; professional development available.

• Senior procurement consulting experience from client, contractor or professional services organisation.
• Key responsible sourcing areas including human rights, environment, health and safety, anti‑bribery & corruption and labour practices.
• Understanding of UK and international energy sector, related technologies and regulatory environments.
• Successful supplier engagement and contract management.

• Confident, independent and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client‑facing role with ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
• Driven to deliver results and proactive in tools, systems and data.
• Good IT skills and a real interest in procurement technology.
