Job Description

  • Conducting data analysis to drive efficiency improvements and improve logistics partner performance
  • Create standard reports and analysis to monitor delivery performance and quality
  • Work with the business and ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to understand root causes of inefficiencies
  • Support business stakeholders in analysis and deep dives to eliminate waste
  • Identification of operational issues, development of solutions, and promotion of cross-departmental implementation
    • Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; at least three years of analytics, business intelligence background
  • Excellent data processing and analytical skills, logical thinking, and implementation capabilities.
  • With strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
