Citrus Recruit is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager for a rapidly growing company located near Birmingham City Centre.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and supporting a team of account managers to consistently exceed revenue goals.
- Leading the team through the entire sales journey, from staple client targeting to successful client onboarding.
- Reviewing key performance data and market insights to identify growth areas and address challenges.
- Creating and implementing a clear sales plan with accurate pipeline and performance forecasting.
- Building, developing, and retaining your team, ensuring alignment with people policies and best practice.
Required skills and experience:
- Proven track record of delivering against sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience managing and developing high‑performing sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities.
- Skilled in building client relationships and negotiating at a senior decision‑maker level.
- Confident in creating and executing sales strategies, forecasts, and performance plans.
- Competent user of CRM systems and data‑driven sales tools.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Benefits:
