Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
Full-time (Monday-Friday)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

A growing, purpose-driven utilities organisation is looking for an experienced Energy Account Manager to join its Customer Operations team, managing key B2B clients and delivering outstanding service.

The Role:

* Act as the main contact for strategic B2B customers and partners

* Manage queries end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution

* Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

* Produce regular customer reports and insights

* Lead client review meetings and maintain strong relationships

What We're Looking For

* B2B customer service or account management experience within the Energy industry

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities

* Confident using Excel
