Forecast & Replenishment Analyst

Birmingham

Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

£30,000 with an excellent benefit package

12 Month Contract

As a Forecast and Replenishment Analyst, you will play a hands‑on role in supporting the implementation of Relex (a supply chain tool), to improve forecasting, replenishment, and access to high‑quality data across the supply chain. Working with an implementation team, you will analyse data, check data integrity, and ensure the new system will drive the right stock to the right place at the right time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, data, and continuous improvement within a fast‑paced environment.

The heart of the role
  • Support the onboarding, configuration, and day‑to‑day use of forecasting and replenishment systems
  • Analyse supply chain data to produce accurate forecasts and replenishment recommendations
  • Maintain, validate, and reconcile data across forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain systems
  • Support end‑user training, process documentation, and standard ways of working
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective system integration and ongoing operational support

  • High attention to detail, with a proven focus on data accuracy, validation, and quality control
  • Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment processes within a supply chain environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience using data analysis or reporting tools
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team player, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
