Overview
Energy Account Manager – Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 days in office). Full-time (Monday-Friday). Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience).
The Role- Act as the main contact for strategic B2B customers and partners
- Manage queries end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Produce regular customer reports and insights
- Lead client review meetings and maintain strong relationships
- B2B customer service or account management experience within the Energy industry
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using Excel
- Hybrid working
- Collaborative, supportive team and culture
