** PRODUCT MANAGER HYGIENE
** As a Product Manager Hygiene, you will be responsible for the commercial development and management of the product portfolio dedicated to the Hygiene category, overseeing the full product lifecycle — from launch and growth to optimisation and phase-out. You will define effective strategies for assortment, pricing, and product positioning to ensure competitiveness and category performance. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced supplier management, and excellent negotiation skills.
** MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:
*** Analyse customer needs, market trends, competitor landscape and pricing;
* Monitor performance (sell-in/sell-out, margin, mix, rotations) and generate strategic insights;
* Study market share, evolution and product trends;
* Define range tactics, roadmap, product positioning, pricing and promotional strategy;
* Manage the full product lifecycle (launch → growth → optimisation → phase-out);
* Support Group product selection and challenge decisions when needed;
* Plan online/offline promotional activities with Communication & Digital teams;
* Negotiate purchasing conditions with suppliers;
* Lead complex, multi-market negotiations and secure competitive pricing, contributions and commercial terms;
* Conduct supplier business reviews and strengthen partnerships;
* Oversee quality, certifications, service levels, OTIF and lead times;
* Support the Quote & Tenders team for specific bids;
* Analyse tender requirements and define offer strategy, pricing and contributions;
* Conduct post-mortem reviews and implement improvement actions;
* Train the sales force and support complex offers;
* Align with Sales and  on priorities, forecasts, KPIs and strategic customer needs;
* Cooperate with Hygiene specialists to obtain customer feedback concerning about managed products proposition;
* Ensure compliance with hygiene-related regulations (biocides, labelling, safety, HACCP);
* Manage timelines, milestones, cross-functional alignment and risk monitoring.
** QUALIFICATION AND

SKILLS:

*** 3/6+ years of experience as Product Manager in Hygiene/Detergency;
* Significant experience in complex, structured, multi-stakeholder negotiations;
* Experience managing public/private tenders;
* Strong analytical skills: pricing, elasticity, mix, margin, P&L, advanced Excel;
* Excellent relational and communication skills; ability to work with Sales, Supply, Marketing, Legal, and Quality;
* Deep knowledge of the Hygiene/Detergency market (trends, competitors, regulations);
* Degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields;
* Fluent Italian and English; excellent command of Microsoft Office/365.## NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in public procurement or collaboration with Tender/Procurement offices;
