The L&G Asset Management Apprentice programme has been designed to help you reach your potential. Our Asset Management Data Analyst Apprenticeship Programme spans our Asset Management business, which provides our clients and partners with complex, responsible investment solutions, working internationally across public and private markets. Asset Management is a critical driver of our Group strategy supporting L&G’s ambition to be a growing, simpler and better connected business. The business aims to work synergistically across our Institutional Retirement and Retail divisions to benefit our clients and customers, delivering strong commercial results.

Successful applicants will join one of our Asset Management teams and develop their data skills there. While the teams will have different areas of focus, they all provide the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and learn from data experts. These teams use data to support planning and decision making, drive great customer and client outcomes, and help deliver safe, secure and innovative data solutions that support L&G’s strategic priorities.

Our data work also underpins L&G’s wider goals of simplifying how we operate, embedding continuous improvement, and strengthening our performance culture.

As Asset Management continues to sharpen its focus – through efficiency, strengthening accountability, and ensuring we remain competitive in a fast changing environment – apprentices will play a vital role in supporting how we evolve and modernise our business.

Join us on an 20‑month programme in which you will complete a Level 4 Data Analyst qualification, whilst building your business acumen.

You’ll receive on‑the‑job training and coaching from your line manager to help you gain the professional, personal, social, and methodical skills needed to succeed as a data analyst.
