The Role- Developing and executing a sales strategy that drives sustainable, profitable growth.
- Self‑generating high‑quality leads and winning new business.
- Building long‑term client relationships and ensuring a seamless handover to operations.
- Identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling services.
- Analysing competitor activity and market trends to refine strategy.
- Coaching, developing, and managing a high‑performing sales team to exceed KPIs.
- Acting as a visible ambassador for the cleaning division, both internally and externally.
- Minimum 5 years' senior sales experience in the physical cleaning industry, with a strong commercial and pricing background.
- A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in negotiation, commercial deal‑making, and strategic solution design.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience of recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage at senior stakeholder level.
- Marketing awareness and ability to use social media platforms for outreach.
- Full UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel nationally.
- A fully checkable 5‑year employment history (including references, credit, and right‑to‑work documentation).
