This is a pivotal role responsible for the performance management, reporting, and analysis of the supply chain, ensuring strong compliance with ISO 44001 standards. The role focuses on establishing and managing collaborative relationships with suppliers, customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver measurable value and continuous improvement across the business.
Reporting to the Workplace Services Senior Business Partner, the role will involve:
Key Responsibilities- Developing and managing collaborative relationships with suppliers across a designated UK region.
- Working closely with suppliers to resolve operational issues, improve service quality, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Sharing best practice across suppliers to enhance overall service delivery.
- Leading collaboration workshops and process review sessions to drive innovation, unlock value, and maximise supply chain performance.
- Using digital platforms and data insights to support informed decision-making and performance improvement.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, local client teams, and building occupants to support supplier performance and service enhancement initiatives.
- Support the delivery of account strategies through strong supplier partnerships and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the development of a structured and consistent Supplier Performance Management (SPM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programme.
- Align supplier activities and priorities with wider business and client objectives.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability across the supply chain.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and supply chain partners within the region to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Act as a primary regional contact for operational service delivery matters.
- Ensure services within the designated region meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of client requirements, operational priorities, and business drivers.
- Conduct monthly assurance checks of FM supplier contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and specifications, including:
- Validation of KPI performance data against source information.
- Verification that all statutory, mandatory, and health & safety documentation is provided prior to invoicing.
- Carry out supplier audits to ensure contractual compliance and operational standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement regional supply chain audit strategies covering:
- Statutory compliance
- Health & safety and incident management
- Environmental and sustainability standards
- Asbestos control and completion of works
- Drive supplier innovation, sustainability initiatives, efficiencies, and best practices.
- Produce internal and external benchmarking reports covering pricing, KPIs, customer satisfaction, market comparisons, and supplier performance.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing papers for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date repository of FM performance information to support reporting, benchmarking, and analysis.
- Gather and manage supplier data relating to service performance, financial management, operational controls, and trend analysis.
- Use digital systems and CAFM platforms to support performance monitoring, audit controls, and business decision-making.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for proactive improvement.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting including KPI reports, financial reporting, customer satisfaction analysis, and contract risk reporting.
- Advise on best practice approaches to FM supply chain performance, reporting, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Produce monthly supplier performance statistics and trend analysis across the region.
- Monitor supply chain performance through digital platforms to identify and resolve issues before KPIs are impacted.
