We are working with a forward‑thinking print management company that offers complete project services, from initial idea to final product delivery to the public and private sectors. The company’s reputation is founded on delivering savings and innovation, alongside superior service levels tailored to meet customer needs.

The role is to further increase growth in the public sector by selling our client’s print management services to Crown Commercial Service Framework customers. The ideal candidate has specialist knowledge in the public sector and experience selling into the Crown Commercial Service Framework.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver targeted, quality‑driven print and mailing campaigns that improve customer response levels.
• Build a loyal and trusting customer base that repeatedly uses our client’s services.
• Use long‑term relationship management tactics to navigate the public sector sales process.
• Assess customer needs and advise on the most appropriate level of communication for each account.

Qualifications and requirements

• Extensive experience selling print management services to the public sector.
• Deep understanding of the Crown Commercial Service Framework.
• Creative thinking and ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth and retention in a similar role.
• Resident in the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
