M&A Integration & Projects Manager (IFA)

Birmingham | Hybrid Working | Up to £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a growing financial planning business that has ambitious expansion plans and a strong track record of successful acquisitions. As part of its continued growth, the business is looking to appoint an Integration & Projects Manager to play a key role in delivering business and people integrations, strategic projects and operational improvements across multiple offices.

This is a highly visible position that sits at the centre of business change, working closely with senior leadership, advisers, operational teams and compliance functions to ensure integrations and projects are delivered successfully whilst maintaining exceptional client service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading the delivery of business integrations following acquisitions and mergers
  • Coordinating stakeholders across multiple offices and departments
  • Developing and managing project plans, governance frameworks and reporting
  • Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies and key milestones
  • Supporting strategic business improvement initiatives and regulatory change projects
  • Acting as the central point of coordination between advisers, operations, compliance and leadership teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered with minimal disruption to clients and business operations
  • Driving consistency, collaboration and best practice across the wider organisation
What We're Looking For
  • Experience delivering business change, transformation or integration projects
  • Previous exposure to wealth management, financial planning, financial services or another regulated environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple teams
  • Excellent organisational and project management capabilities
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, mergers or post‑acquisition integrations would be highly advantageous
  • Understanding of FCA‑regulated environments and Consumer Duty principles is desirable
