Operations Associate - TPA Management - Leading Pensions Specialist

Miryco Consultants is working with a leading pensions specialist to add an Operations Associate to their TPA Management team. You will immediately be involved in projects that directly impact the policyholder experience.

This is a great opportunity to join a quickly moving, exciting, dynamic team and business.

Responsibilities:

• Key point of contact for queries around TPA management
• Internal and external project management
• Developing member communications and improving digital presence
• Ensuring best practice surrounding regulations, particularly Consumer Duty
• Identifying areas for improvement, analysing MI for trends and implementing change

Experience:

• 3-5 years' experience within relevant project or business analysis role
• Understanding and mapping of customer journey and experience strategies
• Strong academic background, minimum 2:1 from leading university
• Some technical pensions or insurance knowledge desirable
