Pulse Cars Limited is seeking a Vehicle Procurement Manager to manage the company’s vehicle sourcing, purchasing, supplier negotiations, and stock acquisition strategy.

The role includes identifying suitable used vehicles for purchase, analysing market demand, reviewing pricing trends, negotiating with suppliers, auction houses, trade sellers, finance partners, and vehicle sourcing platforms, and ensuring the business purchases stock at commercially viable prices.

The employee will be responsible for developing supplier relationships, reviewing vehicle condition and documentation before purchase, managing procurement records, monitoring purchase costs, and reporting purchasing performance to the Director.

The role also includes assessing vehicle profitability, supporting stock planning, ensuring purchased vehicles meet dealership standards, and working with the logistics and site team to move purchased vehicles through preparation and sale.

The successful candidate must have experience in vehicle procurement, supplier negotiation, purchasing strategy, cost analysis, and used-car market pricing.

Experience in the UK motor trade sector is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role based at the company’s dealership premises.
