Summary of the role
A financial service company is seeking a dedicated professional to join the company, as a Relationship Coordinator. The role involves managing Financial Consultant’s (FC’s) customer territories, booking quality first appointments primarily via telephoning customers, and ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and Society requirements.
The purpose of the role is to drive, action and manage prospecting and opportunities, including lead management, to increase the number of quality appointments booked into FC diaries.
What you'll be doing
- Arranging carefully considered and quality‑tailored first appointments, seminars, events and lunch and learns for Financial Consultants.
- Planning and carrying out an appropriate level of customer contact using lead sources and booking the required number of appointments within Outlook.
- Opening a business case within the CRM system and sending confirmation of appointment to the client.
- Researching systems and ensuring collected and recorded data is updated and provided to the FC, putting them in an informed position.
- Building a professional relationship with each Financial Consultant that includes regular communication and effective diary management in line with their FC/RC working contract.

- Professional approach.
- Solution‑driven.
- Financial Planning Certificate (or equivalent) is desirable.
