Sales Director Global QSR Packaging £100,000 - £140,000 Basic Salary | £200,000 OTE | Equity Opportunity UK Based | International Travel There are very few opportunities within packaging that genuinely allow you to shape the future direction of a business. We are partnering with an established international packaging manufacturer and supply chain specialist that has built long-standing relationships with some of the world's largest Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands.

The business has recently developed a range of innovative, paper-based packaging products that are gaining significant traction within the global QSR market. Early customer adoption has been extremely encouraging and the business is now looking to accelerate growth by appointing a senior commercial leader capable of opening doors at the highest level. This is not simply another sales leadership role.

It is an opportunity to leverage your network, influence the strategic direction of a growing international business and participate directly in the value you help create. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities with major QSR brands across the UK and Europe. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding relationships with global restaurant groups, positioning innovative paper-based packaging solutions that help customers meet both operational and sustainability objectives.

The successful candidate will operate with significant autonomy, helping shape the commercial strategy, market approach and future structure of the sales organisation. As the business grows, so too will your level of responsibility, influence and equity participation.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic growth plan targeting global and regional QSR accounts Leverage existing relationships to secure introductions and open new opportunities at procurement and senior stakeholder level Engage with multinational QSR organisations across the UK and Europe Position innovative, sustainable paper-based packaging solutions Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from initial engagement through to contract award Work closely with internal manufacturing, supply chain and product teams to develop tailored customer solutions Support the ongoing evolution of the company's commercial strategy

The Person We are seeking an experienced and commercially credible packaging sales professional with established relationships within the QSR sector. You will likely bring: A proven track record of selling packaging solutions into major QSR brands Existing relationships at procurement and senior stakeholder level within global or multinational QSR organisations Experience selling paper, fibre-based or sustainable packaging solutions A history of winning and developing strategic enterprise accounts Experience managing complex international sales opportunities A highly entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to build something significant Applications are particularly welcomed from individuals currently operating within paper-based, food service, sustainable or specialist packaging markets.
