Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand client needs and objectives.

• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Work with developers to design and test new features and enhancements.

• Assist project managers in planning and executing projects, ensuring they meet business goals and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project status, risks, and issues.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), business process modeling, and project management software.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications:
  
  Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus.
