Sales & Operational Planning Analyst

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 dependent on experience + bonus + extensive benefits.

Full Time / Permanent, Hybrid – 2 days a week in Birmingham office.

We are looking for a driven Sales & Operational Planning Analyst to join a large global brand headquartered in Birmingham, West Midlands.

• Key part of the sales, inventory and operations planning process.
• Work with commercial, supply chain, operations and finance teams to deliver accurate plans that support decision‑making and sustainable growth.

• Previous experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, operations analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Detail‑driven, highly analytical professional who enjoys working with complex data and making a big impact on business performance.
