Accountabilities
  • Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Materials Management capabilities, helping prioritize investments based on customer needs and business value.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand challenges across procurement, requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain workflows.
  • Lead discovery activities, interviews, research, and discussions to identify underlying problems and validate requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Translate user needs and business problems into clear product requirements, use cases, user stories, and supporting documentation that enable effective delivery.
  • Prioritize enhancements that improve purchasing workflows, inventory control, supply chain operations, and overall customer efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, QA, implementation, support, and other client‑facing teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with user needs.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio, customer base, market, and evolving industry requirements.
  • Serve as a product subject matter expert, communicating product capabilities, roadmap priorities, and best practices to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a product evangelist by helping customers and internal teams understand the value, capabilities, and practical applications of Materials Management solutions.
  • Contribute to product documentation, go‑to‑market materials, client communications, and other resources that support adoption and product success.
  • Drive product vision and strategy across the organization while supporting departmental and company‑wide objectives.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve product management processes, team collaboration, and customer outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization and with external customers, providing thoughtful recommendations and constructive feedback.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience working with enterprise software, ideally in a product management, business analysis, consulting, implementation, or similar role.
  • Experience with purchasing, procurement, inventory management, materials management, supply chain operations, or ERP systems supporting these functions.
  • Degree, diploma, professional certification, or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, computer science, business, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in software product management is an asset, particularly within enterprise SaaS or ERP environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with demonstrated skill in extracting meaningful insights from interviews, documentation, test data, and hands‑on investigation.
  • Ability to translate complex business and user problems into clearly defined requirements and actionable product solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively…
