Public sector procurement experience/ contract management/ stakeholder engagement/ PCR 2015, Knowledge of PA2023/ worked in professional services procurement/ contract management background . This is a officer level role and is a support role but the candidate will be working independently supporting the contract leads. It’s a fantastic opportunity to support the GCA on a complex contract they manage on behalf of the public sector.

• Review and monitor customer buying behaviours from management information to ensure CCS continuously drive improvements to buying behaviours across the public sector
• Ensure production of collateral to market and advise customers on how to buy better
• Maintain key focus on savings, spend under management customer service and strategic SRM
• Liaison with stakeholders and customers on a variety of levels to support the promotion of new commercial products and initiatives/procurement strategy via working groups, customer meetings, trade events, seminars, exhibitions and other events
• Liaise with Account Managers and other relevant CCS personnel to ensure “one CCS voice”. Support and coordinate initiatives that develop the sub-category offering.
• Experience and knowledge of PCR 2015
• Experience of working with a portfolio of Stakeholders
• Public Sector experience
• Experience of handling complex agreements
• Professional services background
