You will use data gathering, analysis and interpretation to identify key issues, risks, benefits and opportunities for improvement, producing high-quality reports, dashboards, briefing materials and presentations to inform decision‑making.

The role will also involve working with stakeholders to map processes, facilitate workshops, assess the impact of proposed changes and support the implementation of new ways of working. You will be expected to translate complex information into clear insights, helping services to understand performance, monitor benefits and make evidence-based decisions.
