WPS is seeking an experienced Disrepair & Litigation Supervisor for a role based in Minworth, Birmingham. You will oversee disrepair and litigation projects across social housing contracts, coordinating repairs, reinstatement programmes and stakeholder communications.
You will manage internal teams, DLO and contractors to meet safety, quality and contractual standards, while maintaining customer satisfaction and programme delivery.
