As part of our Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory business, we are significantly investing in the growth of our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance (RRC) team, where we help organisations to establish the frameworks, capabilities, processes and technology to manage evolving risk areas. We have extensive experience in delivering E&RC projects for organisations across variety of different industries around the world, as well as providing insights from our thought leadership and regular contact with our global network.

Our team has a mixture of deep SMEs in a range of topics (e.g. Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Fraud, Enterprise Risk, AI Risk and Governance, Data Privacy, Ethics, Healthcare Compliance, Pharma and Energy regulation, Human Rights etc) coupled with seasoned governance, risk and controls experts who help solve challenges and improve efficiencies via people, process and technology. We also work closely with our colleagues in other service lines to bring a truly integrated offering.

As part of your client work, you will have the opportunity to interact at the most senior levels of a truly impressive portfolio of non-Financial Services global organisations we work with. Our clients know they need to respond to the challenges they are facing and adapt their strategic plans and operational execution; increasingly they are looking towards Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to influence their approach and thinking in these areas.

Our team of ERM professionals come from a range of disciplines so whether you have already developed a successful career in ERM or have a broader governance, resilience, strategy or business consulting background we are keen to hear from you.

• Leading day-to-day client engagement management and delivery, including responsibility for contracts and budgets, and managing client relationships
• Providing Enterprise Risk Management advice and hands-on support to clients. This includes Enterprise Risk Maturity Assessments, developing and refining clients ERM Frameworks and ‘deep-diving’ key risks. Typical engagements are supporting clients establish risk appetite frameworks and build approaches to emerging risks.
• Understanding complex business environments including business processes to identify and assess relevant risks
• Executing the work with the highest quality and in a timely manner
• Developing technical knowledge and an understanding of adjacent services such as Governance, Regulation, Compliance and Controls to offer clients a holistic and seamless experience
• Developing ongoing sector expertise and insight
• Developing internal and external networks to understand emerging client issues and needs
• Supporting and developing team members
• Contributing to thought leadership, development of new products and services across all elements of our Enterprise Risk Management offering

• Relevant work experience in Enterprise Risk Management
• Excellent consultative skills including analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A good depth of understanding of organisational risk issues
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience of building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
