REED Technology are recruiting for a Performance and Insight Business Partner to join a well-established organisation on a fixed-term contract through to March 2027, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced performance, insight or business intelligence professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business decisions.
Working in a highly visible business partnering role, you will support senior stakeholders by delivering insightful reporting, customer research, performance analysis and strategic recommendations. You'll play a key role in helping the organisation understand performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement and support evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver impactful dashboards, reports and performance scorecards
- Analyse trends, KPIs and business performance data
- Lead and support customer research initiatives
- Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
- Partner with senior leaders and operational stakeholders
- Support regulatory reporting and data quality initiatives
- Contribute to service improvement and transformation projects
- Strong experience in Performance Reporting, Business Intelligence, Insight or Data Analysis
- Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders
- Experience producing dashboards and management information
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing or supporting analytical and research projects
- Power BI
- Customer research and insight programmes
- Social housing or regulated sector experience
