Purpose and Business Objectives:The primary objective is to provide professional Business Analysis to support the various Microsoft projects and work streams. This role will bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions by undertaking research to understand how the GPA's processes, people, and technology interact.
Business Objectives:- To analyse and understand complex business problems or opportunities within the Microsoft environment.
- To identify areas for process improvement and explore feasible technical options.
- To ensure Microsoft products and services meet user needs and align with GPA strategic goals.
- To identify and elaborate user and business needs to enable effective design and testing.
- Requirements Management: Elicit, analyse, challenge, and validate business and user needs.
- Process Modelling: Create visual representations of business workflows (As-Is and To-Be).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with technical teams and business leads to ensure alignment.
Support the representation of business scenarios to ensure technical delivery meets requirements.
