Project Manager Responsibilities:

⦁ Manage event and project enquiries from initial brief through to delivery, providing ideas and solutions that meet client requirements and budgets.
⦁ Prepare accurate quotations, work orders, purchase orders and all relevant project documentation.
⦁ Coordinate equipment, crew, venues and external suppliers, ensuring all resources are in place for successful event delivery.
⦁ Manage the technical production of live, virtual and hybrid events, including set-up, operation and on-site technical support.
⦁ Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams, providing a responsive and professional service throughout.
⦁ Monitor project costs, budgets and margins, ensuring events are delivered efficiently and profitably.
⦁ Oversee the loading, unloading and return of equipment, supporting warehouse operations and ensuring all equipment and paperwork are accounted for.
⦁ Ensure Health & Safety, quality and company procedures are followed both on-site and internally, including completing relevant H&S documentation and crew inductions.

Project Manager

Skills and Experience:

⦁ Previous experience within Audio Visual, live events, event production or a similar technical environment.
⦁ Experience managing events or projects from initial client brief through to delivery.
⦁ Good working knowledge of AV equipment and technical event production.
⦁ Confident providing on-site technical support, including equipment set-up and operation.
⦁ Knowledge of preparing quotations, managing project costs and working within agreed budgets and margins.
⦁ Strong client-facing experience with the ability to understand requirements and offer practical solutions.
⦁ Used to coordinating crew, equipment, suppliers and venues across multiple projects.
⦁ Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within live events or technical environments.
⦁ Great organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
⦁ Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling to venues across the UK as required
