The purpose of this engagement is to support the design and implementation of a future‑state administrative support operating model that is:

• Efficient, cost‑effective, and scalable, enabled by streamlined processes and appropriate technology.
• Aligned to organisational priorities and demand.
• Capable of delivering high‑quality, consistent support across the Force.

The consultant will build on the Ignite review findings and Strategic Change Team process mapping to develop a robust, evidence‑based organisational design.

• Translate "as‑is" and "to‑be" process insights into organisational requirements.
• Design a future operating model that supports efficient administrative delivery.
• Ensure alignment between structure, roles, capability, and demand.
• Enable leadership decision‑making through evidence‑based options.
• Support the development of an implementable and sustainable organisational structure.

You will have at least 5 years of organisational design experience. Ideally you will have worked in the Public Sector. This role requires security clearance (NPPV
30).
