We are hiring an Executive or Senior Executive with a background in Events to join our national Marketing team.
The roleLove bringing people together and creating memorable experiences? Join Mills & Reeve as an Executive or Senior Executive (depending on your level) within our Events team and play a key role in delivering high profile firmwide events, from partnership days and leadership conferences to away days and alumni events.
You'll work with senior stakeholders across the business, providing expert advice and ensuring every event achieves its objectives, delivers value and reflects the high standards of our firm.
Our preference is for someone to be based out of one of our regional offices however, we are open to considering candidates across any of our office locations.
The personYou’ll be an organised, proactive events professional with experience managing projects or events in a fast-paced environment. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an events/project management role, having developed excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. A background within legal or professional services is essential.

The activities- Lead the planning and delivery of internal events from concept to completion.
- Advisestakeholders on event strategy, feasibility and best practice.
- Attend and facilitate events, supporting senior leaders and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Build strong relationships with leadership teams, colleagues, venues and external partners.
- Manage budgets, timelines, venues, suppliers and logistics.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value and service.
- Coordinate invitations and communications using CRM and email marketing systems.
- Measure event success, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
