We have an exciting new opportunity for a Bank Concierge to join our team based in Aston, Birmingham. The successful candidate will join us on a casual contract.

Our concierges are involved in the delivery of a customer-focused housing management service to our tenants within a safe and secure environment. The ability to work under pressure and deal with situations in a calm and competent manner is essential, and the experience of working with disadvantaged/vulnerable people and knowledge of the issues that they face. A thorough understanding of Safeguarding and Professional Boundaries will be an asset to the successful candidate.
