We are pleased to be working with a leading specialist contractor in passive fire protection, delivering high-quality fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works across a wide range of sectors including residential, healthcare, education, and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for safety, compliance, and excellence, they pride themselves on their commitment to protecting lives and property through superior workmanship.

• Supervise and manage the contractors' undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales.
• Manage sub-contractors, inspect properties pre and post works, take progress meetings, and oversee the day-to-day delivery of the programme.

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness
• Able to gain Security Clearance
• IOSH
• Relevant Fire Qualification preferred but not essential (BM Trada, FIRAS, NVQ Passive Fire)
• Fire Door Knowledge
