Foreman, Construction, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

This is a full-time on-site role for a Working Foreman, based in Birmingham. The Working Foreman will manage and oversee construction projects, coordinate teams, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, operating heavy equipment, performing carpentry or maintenance as needed, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are upheld. Clear communication and leadership will be key to the success of this role.

• Proven Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
• Proficiency in operating Heavy Equipment to assist with construction tasks as needed.
• Strong Communication skills, particularly for liaising with teams, clients, and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols.
• Ability to work on-site in Birmingham and manage day-to-day operations.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in health and safety are considered an asset.
