Site Manager; Social Housing Refurb

Site Manager (Social Housing Refurbishments) – Coventry – Start ASAP – Ongoing – Rate £28.54 per hour

Large, well-established contractor operating across multiple sectors including housing, commercial and refurbishment. Their social housing refurbishment division is the largest part of the business and continues to secure long-term frameworks.

• Day‑to‑day management of social housing refurbishment projects in occupied properties.
• Oversee kitchen and bathroom replacement works.
• Manage subcontractors and direct labour on site.
• Coordinate works to ensure programme deadlines are met.
• Ensure full health & safety compliance across site.
• Manage quality control and sign off completed works.
• Liaise with residents, client representatives, and the internal delivery team.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and progress updates.

• Proven experience managing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment contracts.
• Experience working within occupied properties.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards.
• CSCS, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid certificates (essential).
