Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar from an Infrastructure / Industrial / Logistics background looking for a specialist role working on a dynamic range of technically challenging projects within a well-established company offer full autonomy and the chance to continually progress?

This company are a well-established Construction company who work on varied and exciting construction projects across a range of industries. Since their establishment 24 years ago they have experienced continual growth and are now diversifying into new areas, due to this growth they are looking for a new Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

This is a varied role where you be the go-to person responsible for leading a range of projects, with a focus in the first 12 months on an infrastructure project based out of Chippenham. You will work closely with site teams, as you work both in office and on site with some hybrid work as you carry out both surveying and project management responsibilities.

This company are known for looking after and progressing their employees and as such are looking for someone that they can mould into a future leader within the business.

This position would suit a Quantity Surveyor or similar from an Infrastructure / Industrial / Logistics background looking to work for a well-established Construction company offering ongoing progression opportunities to leadership roles.

The Role:

* Work on and lead varied projects across Infrastructure, Industrial and Logistics industries

* Carry out primarily surveying work with some PM responsibilities

* Preparing Quotations and negotiating tenders

* Hybrid work (primarily office based) with travel to sites nationwide

The Person :

* Quantity Surveyor or similar

* Infrastructure / Industrial / Logistics background

* Full Driving Licence
- Happy to undertake regular travel
