Fortem Cares is seeking an experienced Temporary Site Manager to lead construction projects in Birmingham. This role includes ensuring safe and effective delivery of retrofit and refurbishment projects. Key responsibilities involve managing direct and subcontracted teams, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and continuous improvement of site staff. Candidates should have proven experience in construction management, a minimum Level 4 qualification, and strong communication skills.
This is a temporary position with set working hours from Monday to Friday.
