Think Recruitment is seeking an Estimator/Surveyor to join a leading regional construction contractor in Birmingham. The role is focused on refurbishment projects ranging from £50k to £5m. Responsibilities include conducting cost estimations, managing bills of quantities, and performing site surveys.
The ideal candidate will have a background in refurbishment construction, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high standards. This role offers an annual package of up to £75k plus a car allowance.
