Roofing Site Manager - Social Housing Retrofit

NPP are recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing retrofit contractor for a site manager with experience of roofing work streams and contracting.

This is a temporary role for a 3 month period

Duties

• Onsite inductions
• Enforcing health and safety protocols
• RAM's
• Managing specialist roofing contrators and work streams
• Reporting on progress
• Resolving issues and finding viable solutions

Requirements

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• NVQ in construction management
• Asbestos Awareness
• Willing to go through DBS screening

This role suits a site manager with knowledge of social housing, retrofit biased towards roofing
