Associate Director Building Surveyor - Surveying & Project Management - Birmingham
| £70,000 - £85,000 DOE | Flexible hybrid working arrangements
Hunter Dunning is working with a national multi-disciplinary consultancy on an Associate Director Building Surveyor role in Birmingham. This leadership role covers commercial & Residential projects, team growth, and Surveying & Project Management delivery.
Your Experience- MRICS qualified with commercial Building Surveying consultancy experience
- Experience in dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence, contract administration and project delivery
- Project Manager or Employer's Agent experience on complex commercial & residential schemes
- Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements
- 25 days annual leave plus birthday leave and Christmas shutdown
- Ongoing CPD and structured professional development
