Location: Tyseley
I'm currently working on a Quantity Surveyor opportunity based in Birmingham.
The role is with a well-established built environment consultancy that is open to speaking with candidates at different levels, particularly those actively working towards their APC or just chartered.
It’s a great opportunity to join a growing team with strong project exposure and career development support.
Key responsibilities- Pre and post contract QS duties
- Cost planning and tendering
- Managing project costs and valuations
- Client and contractor liaison
- Supporting project delivery across a range of sectors
- Consultancy experience
- A relevant degree
- Experience with JCT contracts
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- MRICS or APC ambition would be beneficial
