Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Birmingham

Sector: Fit-Out/ Refurbishment/ Hospitality

• Day-to-day management of site operations on hospitality fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Overseeing projects from strip-out through to handover, including M&E, finishes and FF&E installation
• Managing subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and to programme
• Coordinating trades in live environments, minimising disruption to clients and members of the public
• Ensuring strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, RAMS, permits and site inductions
• Maintaining site records, daily diaries, progress reports and snagging lists
• Liaising with Project Managers, clients, designers and suppliers to resolve site issues
• Monitoring programme and assisting with short-term planning to meet tight hospitality deadlines
• Ensuring quality standards are met and rectifying defects promptly
• Managing deliveries, waste removal and site logistics in constrained locations
• Supporting client inspections, handovers and final completion

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Strong background in hospitality projects such as pubs, bars, restaurants or leisure venues
• Experience managing fast-track programmes and working in live environments
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, finishes and M&E coordination
  
  Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tight deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
